building my first HTPC and have decided on everything except which motherboard to get. been searching the web for days now and havent found anything to cover all my specs:

AMD Athlon 64 3800+ (939 or AM2 - doesnt really matter which)
Must have at least 2 PCI slots (for TV card) and 1 PCI express (for Geforce video card)
Must have onboard surround sound o/p (5.1 or 7.1)
Must be cool n quiet!

There are so many...

I would defiantly get a AM2-system.

Most nForce 430-boards are good. Asus uses a poorer soundchip, I belive.
