Moving Pictures 1.3.1 is not starting (1 Viewer)

Try DefaultWide skin and clear cache folder.
If it works on DefaultWide, which is the only widescreen skin actually supported directly by MovingPictures, then you simply need to get a version of the skin you use/prefer that has fixed support for the new MovPic version.
If that does not fix things, then you need to enable debug verbosity mode in MediaPortal config and rerun the same scenario that shows the problem and then attach a zip file of *ALL* the log files to your reply. You can find the log files via Start MEnu -> All Programs -> Team MediaPortal -> MediaPortal -> "User Files" -> go to the 'log' folder.
You can also use the MediaPortal start menu shortcut to launch debug mode on plugins that will auto-generate the ZIP file with everything needed to properly see what is going wrong.

A log file that shows that everything is working is not exactly useful to solve the problem you had.
Are you able to make it fail again by just disabling debug mode then?
Provide that info-mode log file then when it fails, perhaps it contains just enough info to figure the problem out.
