Be sure to capture the actual problem within the log file. To do so, move the MP4 file from your import path to a temporary location (not scanned by MovPic), then start MediaPortal, wait like 30 seconds to allow any background task to finish (rescanning media for missing MediaInfo, or missing artwork, etc). Then what I normally do is delete all the log files and then move the MP4 file into the import folder.
