Moving Pictures - Movie Importer "mediaportal has stopped working" (1 Viewer)

After updating to MP 1.9.0 I've tried sending files to the importer while in the GUI. More often than not at the notification "waiting for close match approvals" an error occurs and "mediaportal has stopped working".

This seems to be an old problem.

Also having the same problem, thinking of going back to 1.8

Problem will never get fixed if everybody goes back to the old version and not supplying reproducable steps and detailed log files that explain what is going wrong.

A restore pf my MovingPictures DB to a older version sorted it out for me, all movies updating now
