Ive started work on a plugin to export the Moving-Pictures movie list to an XML file. I have some pretty cool plans for this, but for now all it will do is export the XML to a file or to an FTP server.

You need to run the config for this to set it up. Everything is disabled by default. In the FTP portion there is the following:

FTP server; FTP Username; FTP Password; FTP Path; FTP File Name

The path is for if you want to save the file to the none root folder of your default FTP directory. so, if you have a movies folder on your root of FTP the FTP Path would be this 'movies/' if you wanted to save it to that directory of course.

It by default will remake an XML every 5 min.

Updated plugin to be able to use XSL (Currently only if you make your own.)
Updated plugin to make CustomXML (user can choose which columns in movie_info to export to XML.)

Awesome work. This will really help people make those dynamically generated signature graphics that are oh so popular. Found a couple of small concerns, get with me on IRC and I'll let you know.

Edit: actually I'll just attach my updates here.

The first file is my changes to the code, and a new dll.
The second file is an aspx page people can use to make a signature image like mine.

I think LRFalk01 is planning to write a php version of the sig for those that prefer php.

When do you release an update of your tool to create a cool html page :)
hoping to see another release soon :)

best regards

Well now that this is out there's no need for my tool. I will release what I have(with Css for styling) but the XML source is a better start so I might rebuild off of it.

I was thinking about looking into xsl so that you can just see the xml styled in a browser window. That would be the easiest way, and I would get to learn something new : ). I did not work on anything tonight. I'm going to start working on something that I think is very exciting to go with this plugin tomorrow. I'll have more details later.
