    Hi,

I have started to use an external media manager to add cover art, .nfo, fanart etc to my actual movie folders.

This follows XBMC folder and naming conventions, like this :-

What is the best way for me to configure Moving Pictures to take into account all the information I already have available? I also want to use ClearArt and DVDArt once I move to MePo 1.4 and a skin that supports it :)

Configure the XBMC scraper to have highest priority, and adjust the backdrop/cover conditions to match.

As far as ClearArt goes, that pretty much runs seperate from MovPic, so you would have to ask for support to the ClearArt plugins. The skin simply displays it when a file exists.

I didn't have an XBMC scraper listed, but found one on a thread here somewhere that someone had attached, so I used that. I have set that the same for covers and backdrop. Is that correct? Not sure what you mean by backdrop/cover conditions!

I'm not sure if I should be using Ember Media Manager scraper...

    Thanks!

Do you got a very old database then? Rename/backup your existing movingpictures.db3 and start MovPic config again to create a new one... MovPic will recreate everything again, and see if you got XBMC listed then. It is a default scraper-script, it is just not enabled by default or put in the right position.
