Very clean/simple install:
Win-XP32 Pro (SP3)
MP 1.2.1 (with new blue default wide ... very nice work guys!)
Message Plugin Version1.0.1.0 (new version for MP 1.2.x)
SAF v5.02

Experiencing some intermittent crashes while browsing media files or starting videos. This machine was previously (before HDD crash and replacement) running an old version of MP 1.x with no problems. Still using all the same drivers and OS (but fresh load). Outside of MP, machine is super-stable (not a single crash or problem).

Has the minimum requirements for MP changed between v1.1 and 1.2? It's either MP or Message Plugin. The only reason I need Message is for the Adesso Remote so MP can talk to EventGhost. Any ideas welcome.

New install on this machine (not one in my config):

Intel Pentium-4 2.8Ghz (512kb cache)
1 Gig RD-RAM (4x256)
Seagate 160gb HD (7200rpm ATA100) IDE
- Partition 50/110. D: for Data, Test Media, and Acronis Images
Asus ATI HD-3450 AGP 512mb (VGA-DVI-HDMI)
SB Audigy-2zs Platinum PCI (SB0350) SPDIF Optical out in front
Adaptec 1394 FireWire/USB 2.0 PCI
LG DVD-ROM
PC Power & Cooling 410 watt PS
Adesso ARC-1100 MCE Remote

Video: DVI -> HDMI -> Onkyo Amp -> 1080p plasma
Audio: SPDIF Optical -> Onkyo Amp

Can you follow the link about logs in my signature and upload using the forum advanced + feature, use option 3 in debug mode and rough time it happened.

    Thanks

It seems to be crashing at random times, but mostly when browsing or starting videos or while using FF and RW.

Would it be ok to turn on Debug Mode in MP Config, and also WatchDog (but with no restart). I'll use MP normally, and the next time it crashes, the WatchDog should save the logs zip to the desktop. I'll grab that file with RAdmin, and upload it in a post like you describe.

    Would that be ok?
