MP 1.3.0.0 on Windows 8 x64 - TV and TV preview crashes in Remote Desktop (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

since I have not connected a keyboard to my HTPC I configure it via the built-in Windows Remote Desktop (RDP). With MP 1.3.0.0. freshly installed on a also freshly installed Windows 8 x64 client (single-seat) MP keeps crashing when previewing TV in the TV server configuration tool and in MP itself.

edit: Found out that MP also crashes in local console, not only in RDP. Strange thing. I will lookup or provide logfiles if anyone could provide me where to find them.

RDP is good for doing config settings and stuff, not for watching testing media.
I just like you use RDP (also the RDP hack that allows one user trough rdp and another logged in to desktop) so I can do settings that way but I never test my config in RDP, i always do that on the desktop.

RDP worked well with live TV in Win 7 and MP 1.2.3.0 for two years. And as you may have read in my posting before MP crashed in local console, too. ;-) So I assume it's not a topic of RDP - I just noticed it first in RDP.

Ok, I updated AMD Catalyst drivers from 12.10 to 13.1. It won't help ;-) but just wanted to make sure that all drivers are up to date.

I had a look into the log file folder and found lots of errors. It seams that live TV works good but it's MovingPictures that crashed. In the error file I found a lot of Out of memory errors:
