MP 1.3 RC - MP can't find tuner (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I installed MP 1.3 RC after using 1.2.3 successfully. Now MP Client reports it can't find tuner!! TV Service is runnig and the server configuration looks OK. Obviously there is some change so any help in identifying the source of the issue is most welcome.
