I don't use separate client and server systems for MP, but I have this morning performed a true first-time install of the 64-bit MP 1.36 client on an empty 64-bit Windows 10 system. Here is the pre-install summary: The install completed without problem. (y) :) But is it a working system? Well, the TV plugin DLL was installed, and I was able to connect successfully to my production server and display its EPG (y). However, my production server is MP 1.33 running on Windows 7, and when I tried to play live TV, a pop-up appeared saying that playback failed, and the log showed that MP did not like the different versions of TV Server (1.33) and the TV plugin (1.36). So I cannot verify that the installation actually works to play live TV. The only 64-bit MP 1.36 TV Server installation that I have on Windows 10 is in another partition on the same machine as the MP client installation, and I cannot boot both of them at the same time. :( I have attached the TV plugin DLL, but I don't know whether there are other files or settings that are needed. -- from CyberSimian in the UK
