If so. Which folders do I need to keep my moving pictures backdrops, certs, ratings, synopsis etc? I had to manually input hundreds of them and really don't want to go through that again if I can help it. I'll try wiping everything and starting again. All these files play fine in WMP, it's only within the MP environment I get the black screen.I have just loaded Media Portal 5 times. Three times it plays the file with sound and no picture just a black screen. The other twice it worked spot on, both video and audio? Would I be right in assuming if it was a codec problem it would either work all of the time or not? Thanks again</blockquote>
