The MP Control plugin comes from IRSS.
Due to changes in MP, the version of MP Control which was compatible with MP 1.12 is no longer compatible with MP 1.13.
If you don't use the MP Control plugin then you can simply disable it (in the plugins section of MediaPortal Configuration) and the message will go away.
If you do use the MP Control plugin (eg. for remote control support) then you should update to the latest version of IRSS from here:
