I have had this issue for a while, it is intermittent making it nice and tricky to troubleshoot.

I have iMon set up to issue a 'Sleep' when the power toggle button is pressed.

The attached logs resulted from a crash today when a movie had finished playing with no issues, and the viewer powered off the system. We noticed the HTPC had not shut down and found that MP has crashed.

I am having issues with getting this system to sleep/resume correctly, and have completely reinstalled windows onto the reformatted hard drive, and reinstalled/configured everything from scratch. I have Mediacentre Standby Tool installed to try and sort out sleep issues. Not sure if the sleep issues are likely to be related or not.
