I have installed CoreAVC as well as FFDShow to be able to use anyone i want at anytime to specifically decode x264 or H264 decoded files. I have an x.264 encoded file and when i set CoreAVC with a lower merit under radlight filter manager and ffdshow with a higher one and playback that file under WMP11 or MPC then FFDshow decoder is been used. Even if i open that file under graphedit still FFDShow is the prefered decoder. If i open that file under MP and play it under MP then CoreAVC is been prefered no matter what i do. I unregister CoreAVC, Unistall it, set a lower merit but still ffdshow is not used in MP. Even after unregister or unistall of Coreavc MP dosen't playback the x.264 file because it probably dosen't regognise that ffdshow can decode it. I can provide various support screenshots of this if they are needed. This problem is similar to this one located here https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/ts_h264_problem-t14195.html which is far as i know no fix has been found.
