I'm using a PANASONIC PT-AE500 projector (720p) and when I start MP for the first time I get black borders on top and bottom on the projector. (About 3-4 cm at most, but very irritating)
When I start a video it's the same. But when I go back and start another one the top and bottom borders disappear.
EDIT: I also needs to change between the ASPECT RATIO settings a bit. Stretch <-> Normal.
I compare it to the windows desktop environment where I get the full area used.
I'm running on a GeForce 4600 for another 3 days until I get my HD2600 Radeon card, but I don't think the problem lies there.
Why doesn't MP use the whole area when it is started up? Please help :]
And btw, I think the quality is lower than for example VLC overlay. Why?
