Hi

here a new version, list of fixes

-resolution 544*576 fixed
-UI issues
-add more video bit rate values
-fix some issue with hardcoded transcode folder path
-support skin "Project Mayhem3" and "Replicant"
-fix issue in 2 pass mode with MEncoder

to mameo and pierremenard

For next version i will prepare to choose the color format and the quantizer parameter and other bug fix reported
