Hi pierremenard,

After investigation you are RIGHT , the 2 pass encoding with FFMPEG in transcoding plugin is bugged

it is due to a stupid bug   in command line because the parameter to specify the 2 pass mode is after the output file  so they are ignored

i fixed this bug in next version
