You are right  in case  you use TVE3 with extension ts for record, but in TVE2 and tve3 zith mpeg extension ,normally it works

PS: i updated the version  of videoconvertor fix a bug when the process exited prematured. need update videoConvertor.mpi, and tve3 extension.
