The only solution I know of is MCEBuddy, use the 1.0.8 version, and add .ts as format (in the space where it says format .dvr-ms), maybe leave a 14 day before re-encoding time, so you can watch the stuff you do not want to keep, and it will keep rthe stuff you have saved in your recording folder.
