Hi Ray, I did this for a while, but then you lose all the info.Maybe a good option would be using MCE buddy as you said and a much simplier plugin that checks every day the sql database for .ts filenames then searches for them in the recording folder if they have a new extention and renames them to the new extention.(I did this manual a few times and it worked, not sure with 1.02 or newer as it has been a while)Someone good with sql / mediaportal should be able to do this quite easily, looks much like the import function.I don't know if the "recorded TV" still plays avi's or wmv's though ?Joris.
