Hi there, I have MP running for more than 2 years now. My HTPC has 3 HDDs built in with all my movies (mpeg, divx etc.) and audio (mostly mp3) on it. Now I bought a Pinnacle Showcenter 250HD Mediastreamer for my Bedroom which is connected with my HTPC via a router using LAN. In order to get the mediastreaming to the pinnacle to work, I had to activate Media Sharing inside the Microsoft Media Player 11 of my HTPC and add the movie- and musicfolders. There is no special streaming software needed for the Pinnacle Showcenter, it just uses the MP 11 Media Share functionality. The Streaming works nice and everything would be fine, but now the video playback of Mediaportal is corrupted. Everytime I start playing a movie from inside Mediaportal the movie hangs after some minutes of playing, then jumping some seconds forward untill sound and picture are in sync again and then it hangs again. Mediaportal also doesn't correspondent anymore to my remote control after some minutes of playback, so I have to reset the HTPC by hand. If I restore the system to just before I allowed madia sharing through the Medie Player 11 everything works fine again, but of course without streaming the Media to my Pinnacle. I there anybody else having trouble like this or does anyboda have a clue how to get rid of this problem? Thanks alot in advance Roede Baer MediaPortal Version: 0.2.2.0 Windows Version: WinXP Home SP2 CPU Type: Athlon XP 1700+ Memory: 1024 GB Motherboard: Abit KT7-A Motherboard Chipset: Via KT133A Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 5600XT
