MP Setup: Channels found but no image/sound (1 Viewer)

Hi,

When I scan for channels (MediaPortal - Setup>Television >Capture Cards> Pinnacle PCTV Hybrid Pro*Stick > Edit > Autotune) I get a list of channels during the scan with strength and quality 100%. Though during scanning the leftside box (I guess this is a channel preview window, right?) remains black.
Is this normal?

In the configuration.log I find one error:
[ERROR][Config Main]: SinkGraph:FAILED to connect Encoder->mpeg2 demuxer:80040217

When entering MP MyTv, I get again no image and no sound and when entering full screen I get the message "no signal detected!"

So questions:
1) Is it normal that the left side box remains black during setup-scanning? (I guess not)
2) Any ideas on how to solve this?

I have the same problem with a KWorld DVB-T 310U.
Digital works fine but analog doesn't work at all.

Any help ????
