MP-TV scraping problem (1 Viewer)

I am using 1.2, but I have always had this problem with Cirque Du Soleil. I use 01x01 format for tv series and works well with several tv series. I cannot get Cirque Du Soleil tv series from thetvdb to import. I have tried several variations of specials and/or series file/folder names. Any sources to troubleshoot or suggestions? TIA. Sorry if I have the wrong forum.
