MP TV - Series not working (1 Viewer)

Hi , Have been trying to get MP TV series working - with no luck. Tried to configure TV series and get an error message that it can't connect to TVDB/api/apikey/mirrors.xml no mirrors recieved. I'm running the latest version of MP on Win 7 64bit. Log file attached, if anybody can help it would be most appreciated

Hi there,

That error is normally one of two things...

There is a problem with the thetvdb website/api, or there is a problem at your end preventing your client from successfully connecting to the website.

Has it ever worked?

Unfortunately I cant check right now if an update works at my end

No - I've been trying different things for a couple of weeks now. Is it possibly something to do with MySQL not working proprerly?

A quick update on this problem, I have three series - Supernatural, Medium and Fringe , suddenly I have images for Medium but none of the others ! Three images appeared in my Fanart folder, all for medium - until I sort this out is there a way to download images manually?

I had the same error last week after a new install of MP. The next day everything worked fine so unfortunately I don't have any advice. I would guess it's a problem with tvdb-website...

Thanks for your reply - I have reinstalled MP since then and like you , at first TV-series doesn't seem to work but after a couple of hours I started getting posters and info appearing. I ran the import wizard several times and it says nothing will be downloaded! But if I click the Run Import button within MP TV series it works within a couple of minutes.
