MP unresponsive to keyboard input (1 Viewer)

I am having a keyboard issue with 1.19 after upgrading.

Here is the scenario: I turn the TV off but the htpc/mp is still powered on and running. I turn the tv back on. MP is unresponsive to any keyboard input (wirelss keyboard or flirc). if i open task manager, kill mp and start mp again, everything is fine. It almost seems like mp is listening to WM_DEVICECHANGE/GUID_MONITOR_POWER_OFF broadcast message and going into a sleep state but never gets the WM_DEVICECHANGE/GUID_MONITOR_POWER_ON message. It definitely has to do with the tv turning off or tv changing to another input.

I did not have this problem in 1.18 so I may downgrade until there is a workaround/solution.

I figured out the problem was with how i was renegotiating hdmi contract between tv and htpc. hdcp breaks on my htpc so i use a program called hdmion to reestablish the link to the tv. it can be found here...

the message it broadcasts to turn the hdmi source off/on is what is messing it up. it was just introduced in 1.19. anyway, i have a workaround. Thanks!
