<li data-xf-list-type="ul">On Server : Try to stop tvservice (net stop tvservice from dos prompt) or from SetupTV (manual control) </li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ul">Do that when client are on TVHome (or TVGuide / Recorded etc.)</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ul">Do that when client are on Home Screen (where we have selection Music / Video / etc.)</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ul">See if you get Freeze (for how long)</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ul">Restart TVService (net start tvservice or by SetupTV)</li>
</ul>Did you go in the same thing ?
