I have looked at your logs, but I regret to say that I cannot see what is causing the problem. MP logs are exceedingly difficult to understand, and can really only be interpreted by the author of the original code (which is not me).

At this point the only suggestion that I can make is to uninstall the Hauppauge tuner card and install a different one (or a USB tuner):
If the replacement works, then the problem is with the Hauppauge card.
If the replacement does not work, then the problem is something else in your setup, but I have no idea what that might be.
