I think that I have found my best solution...
I tried
dll v004 an reclock with vsync disabled... it work good with 1:2 video but I have a few stutter on 1:1 (on with reclock as a audio render).
dll v002 and reclock with vsync disabled.. it work very good for every situation, It seems that I'm stutter free in video 1:1 and 1:2...

I also want to share my experiences:

I only tried the v4 version, nearly exclusive with 25 fps PAL live tv. IMO the playback is smoother than RC2 one. With original version I sometimes got some slowdown and short stuttering, with v4 I didn't see this (at least not so much)

No. This version is for anyone. It will improve the reliability of vSynch control when the frame rate match the monitor/tv refresh rate or when refresh rate is an its multiple. Will work (peraphs ) also with Reclock when this audio renderer speedup or speeddown the frame rate force it to the closest monitor refresh rate.

I have test V4 and movies in MyVideo sometime shutter a little and go normaly.
