MP1/MP2 - TV CARD (2 Viewers)

I install the MP2, and when I try to setup my TV card, ( using canal digital Norway ) I got no channels
I removed the MP2 and then I install MP1. Then I got all my channels.
My TV card is : digital device : cine serie -duoflex + CI

Can anyone tell me why ?
( I would like to use MP2 )

Hello,

From what you write I understand that you installed MP2 in parallel tpo MP1, correct? In this case you must stop the Windows TVServer service (i.e. set to to "deactivated") before launching MP2. Note that MP2 has its own TVServivce, which requires configuration first before you will be able to watch TV.

No I installed the MP2 alone. Thereafter I try to setup the TVService, but I did not find any channels.
( provider: Canal Digital - Norway ( Bergen ),
Then I removed MP2, and then I installed MP1 with full access to the channels.

I see. Well, that's weird as the Two TV engines are identical. You could even export the MP channels and then import them and not the MP2 part.

Anyway, server logs might tell more.

Ok I am travelling during the weeks in these days, but I will send you the server logs ( for MP1 ) on Saturday this week.
Do you mean I can export the MP channels from MP1 to MP2 ? If, I will do that, but can you tell me how to do that ? I will preferred to use MP2.

For both MP1 and MP2 the current TV config software has an export/import command in the menu tree. Run Export for MP1 and select the channels and groups. Theb close the config and open the MP2 config where you can then import the file, which you just created.

I removed MP1 and installed the M2 from the path below.

Based on that now myTV settings found all my channels. ( I had a back up with export from MP1 )
So now my TV seems to be ok.
