This has narrowed down where to look a lot. I think I know what may be causing the issue now, I'll try explain. MediaPortal TvServer only updates its channel info every 60 seconds, so if you change channel it can take upto 60 seconds for the channel Name, program to update on the screen. I have implemented a fix to update when the channel changes but I also believe that MPDisplay would not be the only plugin to do the same thing and this is were we are getting the conflict. Unfortunatly I have know idea what the other plugin is that is causing this, so I have attached 2 more test versions to confirm this, the first test will not update the TvServer info on channel change, The second test will not update any new recordings. These are the only 2 parts that could conflict with somthing else. If the first test runs ok I will get in contact with the MediaPortal team to try get a bugfix/request to have the TvServer info updated on channel change.
