I use an Hauppauge HVR-1100 (94xx) TV card for analog TV with the Mainconcept MPEG2 Encoder bundle with WinTV ( Hauppauge TV software)

I've got a poor image quality when watching sport.

I would like to use the mpeg 2 Encoder settings in the TV server configuration software but the 2 tabs (quality settings and encoder setting) are either inafective or inaccessible.

Which MPEG2 software encoder i must install to use those settings ?
