Today I installed a dedicated TVServer. So no mediaportal Client was installed on this machine that is located somewhere in the house. No monitor is attached either. All connections for maintenance are done through remote-desktop.

All clients have MP client installed and are able to connect. It is even possible
Server is up and running fine.
I wanted to update the plugins through the mpeinstaller that is located on all my client machines but did see that mpeinstaller is not installed on my tvserver machine.

What should I do?? Reinstall MP single-seat mode on the tvserver machine to be able to update my plugins???
How can I update the plugins on the tvserver machine?
I tried copying the mpeinstaller file over to the machine but that is not working.

I tried searching the forum for a solution but I couldn't find the solution.

Are there plugins that you want to upgrade on the server? Otherwise I don't understand the need for running MPEI on the server...

I want to install Powerscheduler +++.
Current Powerscheduler is not shutting down the server at all and is always grabbing the EPG (that works fine).
However I want to grab the EPG only during night time 02:00 till 03:00.

However at the moment my MediaPortal Server is always on. And never shutting down.

I did get MPEInstaller working by copying the whole Mediaportal directory from a client to the server. ;-)
