Mpeinstaller seems to be damaged since svn 25532 (1 Viewer)

The Mpeinstaller seems to be damaged since svn 25532. In the currently available svn 25546 the error is also included.
Onlinevideos(0.19) isn't able to install and also can't be startet-->dll error.
svn 25529 is fine.
