i'm talking about aMpdroid. I'm using aMpdroid for playing music without turning the TV on. If i choose to play an album it plays the tracks in alphabtical order instead of by track number

It is my belief that aMPdroid supports playlists for MP3s. but not music videos.... but I could be wrong

I think that actually needs to be fixed in WifiRemote, I'll look into it...

Looking good. I finally seem to be able to stream from the pc to my Motorola Xoom without it crashing after 2 minutes but when I press the "Play on PC" button nothing happens, same as when I try to use the remote.

Any advice??

Hi all,

I'm sometimes experiencing stutter when streaming from home to work while watching in the Live TV page or when opening the .m3u in VLC player.
However when I play from aMPdroid on my smartphone over work wifi tunneling home it plays without stutter.

I have tried the different streaming profiles from the dropdown menu in the Live TV page without success. By the way only the Flash profiles are available to choose is this normal?
I have created my own WMV profile for use with Windows Mediaplayer but haven't had any luck in getting it working I'm probably not using the correct syntax for the options.

Anyone here with a working streaming profile for Windows Media Player?

Yes, WebMP only offers Flash + Direct to normal clients.

Hmmm.. playing HD streams from youtube the same time is ok. System specs:

The stutter isn't consistent, yesterday I could play ok.

Yes, WebMP only offers Flash + Direct to normal clients.

One other thing I noticed is tuners not being released. I noticed all my 4 tuners were tuned in to channels I previously opened in aMPdroid during the day.
How do I properly switch channels in aMPdroid? Do I press 'pause' and then the 'back button' on my smartphone? I have been using the 'back button' till now.

Usually as soon as you close the video player... So pressing back should stop the tv session. What can happen though is that you don't have a connection when you press back, then the tuner isn't "freed". In this case MPExtended will close the session after a timeout.
