I got MPExTuneCmd from the sf.net link at the top of this post.

Is there something similar that is already integrated into MP 0.2.0.0 or 0.2.0.4?

Yes, this plugin was integrated into MP.
If you remove the plugin dll and go back into the configuration the
plugin is there already.

I have tried the plugin but it don't work. Here is the command line i type in Dos and it work: ieventc.exe 192.168.1.150 1024 girder channel 100 and here is what i put in the plugin configuration windows: First line: C:\Program Files\Girder\ieventc.exe and on the second line: 192.168.1.150 1024 girder channel # What i am doing wrong ?

Check the mediaportal log file in the log folder to see if there are
some lines in there that tell you what is actually being sent to the command line.
