MPSH Won't Run

Hi,

I'm running a Vista PC and installed MPSH OK but had some problems so I tried uninstalling it and re-installing. However now it doesn't run and brings up a Vista error.  I'd like to remove it fully. How can I do this? Are there any Registry settings that need to be changed?
