It reads them to parse the ID3 header info. My antivirus locks the files often that causes that crash, but even if I have no other suspects any program that can lock the files for reading may be the cause.You can try to disable it just for your music folder to see if that solves the crash if not you can reenable it and we think more what can be causing it.</blockquote>
