Now I'm totally lost!
Thanks to help from this forum, I was finally able to get this card recognized by MP. But without sound our recording/timeshifting.
For timeshifting/recording, the image just freezes when I press "record" or turn on timeshifting.
As for the sound, I thought it was because the card had an external cable to connect to the soundcard. I was able to plug it in and it started working on MSI's PVR program, but not on MP. So I unplugged that cable and now the sound STILL works on MSI's PVR program!! It didn't before!
I'm totally lost, so it seems this card actually transfers the sound through the PCI bus when I thought it didn't (no cable going to the soundcard anymore and it still works!)
But it doesn't work on MP, though... So, should I burn this card to ashes or does anyone know how to get this working...?
