Multiple Disc Handling (1 Viewer)

A simple improvement would be to improve the handling between disk changes. Currently at the end of disk 1, you briefly see the movie window close so you can see the desktop screen whilst the 2nd disk is loading. I think it would be a lot better if the last frame from disk 1 would be frozen whilst the 2nd disk load is taking place. I previously used XBMC, I much preferred this method.

Another nice improvement regarding multiple discs would be an option to NOT see the stacked file dialog when a movie consists of multiple parts.

For me a movie is ONE movie and I am personally not interested to see if it is one or more discs. I would just start the movie as any other movie, stop and resume where I left off without knowing if it is disc 1 or disc 3 or...

There could be an option in Setup for those who want it as it is today or not.

Could this not be a good idea, or what?

Agree agree agree! I cannot think of anytime I would start on the second disk?

I don't remember from the top of my head which player it was (vlc maybe?), but it started to buffer next item in it's playlist when the current playing file was coming to an end. This way the transition was completely seamless.
