Case:
You accidentially choose the wrong cover art for an music album, and want to thange it to the correct one, that don't have an image.

Problem:
When downloading coverart and selecting a wrong cover, it is not possible to change the image afterwards to a 'cover without a image'. The image stays on the album - in other words, you have to exit MP and manually browse to the directory and delete the image.

How to reproduce:
0. Start MP 1.2.0b. Select Music
1. Go to a music-album (whitch Amazon don't have a direct match for -> resulting in a list of albums to choose from).
2. Select 'download cover art' from menu.
3. Choose a cover with an image.
4. (now there is a image for the cover, just like expected).

5. Select 'download cover art' from menu again.
6. Choose a cover without an image.
7. (the image from step 4. is still there).

Possible solution:
Delete folder.jpg (maybe with a confirmation dialogue) when the selected cover don't have an image.
