my cineS2 V6 not responding (1 Viewer)

hi all,
i have recently reinstalled my media portal with a upgraded system, as i made it a multiple seat system with a single server

now i am able to tune the channels and been able to view them, but after i keep watching the channel the picture just freezes and i am unable to change anything. when i check the TV server the Cin S2 card is not responding or sometime i get an error says connection to TV service lost

when i try to open the TV server config i get a message saying service is not running. every time i start the service i get the TV to function properly for couple of minutes then stops again

can any one tell me why i get the TV service to always stop

[SOLVED]
discovered as the computer was not connected to the internet and did not register properly for updates it keeps on resetting its settings
hence i formatted the system and allowed automatic update with all the firewall and anti virus its working like a charm till now
