Been using MediaPortal for a couple of days now after previously being a Media Center user and have to say I'm impressed!
Anyway, here are the specs of my Media Centers:

I've replaced all the film posters in Moving Pictures with DVD covers I already had downloaded previously (for MCE My Movies App) as they looked a lot cleaner than some of the art that was being downloaded automatically. I created my own fan art for any missing and edited any that didn't look right (image cropped behind covers etc.). I also added custom images to the basic home screen in the StreamedMP skin too.
I managed to get my iMon Pad working also by mapping all buttons manually using iMon manager and it's working perfectly so far. I've kept Front View running as it doesn't seem to be interfering with MP at the minute. When MP is running FrontView displays time/date and graphic equaliser.
I'm having trouble adding time and channel logos in TV Programs but I'll do a little search for those in a minute - unless someone can point me in the right direction?
