My Lyrics 0.18 - Comments and bug reporting (1 Viewer)

I'm having problems with the 0.18 version.

I select a song to play, go to the mylyrics plugin and it tells me "Searching for a matching lyric" and it just sits there, doing nothing

Also, pressing the back or "home/start" button doesnt work, so I'm stuck in the "searching" screen.

The app is not really frozen because I can select and play the next song which is also shown at the bottom..

I'm running MediaPortal-svn--03-31-2007--01-01-Rev13718 , the mp3's I'm playing are streamed from a networkdrive.

Hmm, that's odd.. Which sites have you chosen to be searched in the configuration?
Also, please do the very same thing you did when getting the error, and attach the MyLyrics.log which is located in the log-directory. Then I'll take a look.

Ahh, it you are streaming your mp3s from a network drive? I missed that first time around. The next release will support all kind of audio media, including CD audio and stream. Version didn't so this explains it. Try 0.19 when it is released.

Can't scroll with iMon remote control

I've just downloaded MyLyrics 018.

Unfortunately, there are no PageUp/Down keys on my remote control so that I have to use the number pad to go to next page. It will be great if the cursor or tab keys are supported.

Also, how can I increase the size of the font?


Great plugin! It works amazingly. Just got to know what I've missed out last few months.

Hi. There is multiple options to scroll up and down besides the pageUp/Down keys on the remove. You can simple use the OK-button (or what it is called on your remote) or a number to go to a specific scroll page. The scroll is selected default so it should be quite easy.

You cannot increase/decrease the font in MP or in the configuration. The XML based GUI-structure doesn't allow this (without a modification that I'm not planning to implement at the moment). However you can change the 'font' entry in the control with the description name 'The Lyric area' of the MyLyrics.xml file. It is default "font12", but you can change it to e.g. "font11" or "font14" if you want to.
