mackey, you forgot to update the onlinelocation field with MPEMaker. So it still points to 1610 (http://mpmylyrics.googlecode.com/files/MyLyrics_1610.MPE1) instead of 1611, thus causing MpeInstaller to download the old MPE1 when updating and fails installing
For those who want RC compatible installer MyLyrics_1611.MPE1 - mpmylyrics - MyLyrics_1611.MPE1 - MyLyrics displays the lyric of the currently played song inside MediaPortal. - Google Project Hosting

It should be fixed now. You properly need to download online update info from the MPE1 installer option menu.

Using MyLyrics 1.6.1.1 installed with Extension Manager, PureVisionHDHorizon, MP1.2.3 with a mouse. Windows 7 32-bit.
Lyrics usually, but not always, disappear after a few lines (LRC) or short time (30 seconds?). I looked at myLyrics.xml in DefaultWIde and in Horizon skin and they seem the same by eye. (I'm not clear on how the system uses .xml files, so I don't know if that's relevant.) The music keeps playing just fine, and everything else continues to work. If I skip to the next song, the lyrics for that song properly appear.
Also, and this is probably a skin font issue, there frequently are unknown characters displayed with a question mark within a diamond shape. Sometimes these trigger a "lyrics disappear" and sometimes not.
Update: I just noticed that when the lyrics disappear, the "Playing Next" artist and title also disappear, but the Playing Next heading remains.
