I'm building my 2nd HTPC.

Case: Silverstone Grandia GD02
Casefans: Enermax UCEV8 Everest 80X80X25
Mobo: Asus M3N78-EM AM2+ GF8300
Processor: AMD PHENOM II X3 710 2.6GHZ
Cooler: Scythe Shuriken rev.B
Memory: Kingston Valueram 2GB 800MHZ DDR2 NON-ECC CL6
Harddisk: Seagate BARRACUDA 7200.12 1TB
Videocard: SAPPHIRE Ultimate HD 4670 512MB GDDR3 PCI-E
Optical: Lite-on BLU RAY COMBO
Powersupply: Enlight 350W

Reuse from old HTPC:
TVcard: 2x Hauppauge PVR-150
Keuboard: MCE Remote Keyboard

In the above configuration i'm still wondering if the videocard will fit.

My current HTPC is just an old P4 with 7600gt Graphics running on XP.
I'm still wondering what OS i should use: XP, Vista32 or Vista64 I could use some advice here.

Can you use your old copy of XP? No point in spending a ton of money on a new OS if you've got a good one already. I know there is a thread around here somewhere debating the pros and cons of these Operating Systems. You should search for it if you aren't happy with XP, but I've never had any problems with it.
