My Programs will not remember the last view I switch to. MediaPortal continues to default to the original view every time I close an emulator.

Error Description
1. Ensure a gamepad is mapped with Kill Process command. My gamepad is the Xbox 360 wireless controller and my Kill Process command is buttons 08,09.
2. Launch MediaPortal fullscreen.
3. Choose My Programs from menu.
4. Choose an emulator. I chose ZSNES.
NOTE: Default view is "Manufacturer". No roms are listed.
5. Switch view to "1 My Files".
6. Choose any rom in the list to launch the associated emulator.
7. After rom is loaded, issue Kill Process command wtih gamepad to close the emulator.
NOTE: Rom list defaults back to "Manufacturer"
8. Repeat for other emulators/roms to see same results. I repeated with Project64
9. Close MediaPortal manually

Running version 0.2.2, this issue never occurred. I have only noticed it on 0.2.3 and associated SVN builds. This issue also does not occur inside My Music, My Videos, My Pictures as I have seen it was repaired in other posts. However My Programs continues to have the issue. Attached is my log.

P.S. I posted this topic at this location:

Anyone? Did my logs not help recreate the problem? I cannot be the only person with this problem, I have seen other threads regarding this issue in My Videos and My Pictures, but the problem still occurs in My Programs.
