I'm new to these forums as well as Media Portal and perhaps my lack of experience with the forums is part of the problem. Regardless, I spent about 3 hours today looking for the solution to this problem, but could not find it posted directly in this forum.

Whenever I try to run a sourceforge or sourceforge script internet radio channel, I get the music to stream, but it locks up Media Portal where it is not possible to go back to the home stream. I am able to hit the stop and pause buttons and change radio stations within the visible screen, but changing menus (to try to play a DVD or view the weather for example), media portal will not respond. Additionally, the swirling loading screen also freezes during the loading process right before the visualization appears.

Any help to solve this problem would be very appreciated.

Thank you for the Quick Response. Here is one example of a radio station that causes this problem. The other three I have also cause this problem as well.

Name: 100.7 Jack FM, San Diego
Bitrate: 64
URL: http://38.116.132.31:9024

Additionally my brother in law also is having this same problem so we are very greatful if you can shed some light on this issue. Thanks again!

    for me it plays well.
tried it with your 0.2.20 version as well as with 0.2.3 RC1.
    Both work fine.

I've seen in the log that you receive a lot of Direct3D Render errors.
I would suggest upgrading to 0.2.3 RC1, which is pretty stable.
There you could also configure to use the BASS Music player as Radio stream player, which will show you title information as an added value.
