Sudoku.xml overwritten by plugin

It appears that the plugin code overwrites any changes made to the sudoku.xml file on start.
Maybe it would be better that the sudoku.xml file is created only if it doesn't already exist in the program directory.
That way it will be possible to customize it for other skins and/or resolutions.
