My tuner skips channels, please help? (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to pick up a local station here, I manage fine on a portable tv but on my tuner card it skips those channels. I see here (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d...y/en-us/directshow/htm/countryassignments.asp) that the channel is listed as not used, but in my area one of the channels that displays sport is on number 13.

Any Idea how I can get that channel picked up by media portal?
