I just bought a new Tech com ssd tv 813 Usb Tv Tuner but it is not identified by media portal
My System is running on Windows 7 Professional .Please help me in solving the problem

I cannot find the site of the manufacturer anywhere. Do you have it?

The reason i ask i like to know if it has BDA drivers. That is a requirement to get it working in MP.

Have you looked if the device is correctly installed by windows?
Have you tried if it will work in windows media center for instance?

The driver i downloaded from that site seems to suggest that it is a BDA driver. Are you sure the device is correctly installed?
Can you check it in the device manager?

its showing usb tv box in device manager

Can you check in another BDA application? DVBViewer for instance.
